The Tyranny of the Constitution
When talking about lack of leadership in the country, which undoubtedly is a reality, we forget that nations that have made significant progress in the social, economic and cultural, succeeded, jealously guard their institutions have not needed messianic leaders or characters, which in the short or long term become dangers for democracy. This was shaken during the twentieth century, while in Europe climbed to power a Benito Mussolini in Italy and Adolf Hitler in Germany, precipitating a tragedy unparalleled in human history. In Spain, after a bloody civil war, and in line with those named, took over as Leader of Spain by the Grace of God, according to the official title, Francisco Franco Bahamonde, who ruled for 39 years.

Our Constitution wisely, that after the consolidation of national unity, was our only project, made possible a wonderful takeoff of the country. In just four decades of existence, Argentina came to occupy a place of honor among the nations most advanced in the world. We respected the letter and spirit, even when the conditions were not to strictly enforce its principles, no doubt, because many of them were still mere aspirations. But the promising
stopped walking. The initial impetus was losing strength as we were leaving the framework of their institutions, to divert us completely. And so today we are frustrated, not knowing which way to go; involved in disputes of all kinds, a fractured nation, full of sterile confrontation, surrounded by characters who are convinced of their indispensability and ignore the laws governing the exercise of power; move yes, but with jerky steps, going and coming in a wavy pattern, with certain nostalgia for the past and little faith in the future.
When all is lost in a sea of \u200b\u200bconfusion, the only lighthouse that we have is our supreme law, even when those who hold power do not come right. Of course they can not come, when they are required to comply with some basic conditions like the full force of the Republican regime, that Congress is the only legislative body and not the executive branch to ensure an independent judiciary. Federalism to ensure that the provinces resources can have partners and they do not become a compensation for political favors received, that the safety of citizens, health and education are top priority in government policies. Our
