If you've reached the point of feeling, the increasingly distant relationship between law and justice is because the spirit embodied in the legislature that increasingly lacks common sense, which no longer conform to the dominant reality, because it denied effective. This means that the law should be changed or replaced with one that meets the needs of the company concerned with the changes imposed on the human relationship.
The Mexican Constitution, has fulfilled its current existence so far since 1917, but with a constant and increasingly frequent failure by the State authorities, via public officials of all kinds and levels. The executive branch excesses with political rather than legal, administrative history full of diversions of wealth by corrupt public officials, the legislature with their ignorance and blindness caused by the darkness in which they develop the desire for power, and regardless of deputies and senators any ideology as any political party is the good for so untidy ends. The Judiciary, media hypocrisy of righteous, rather than "his justice", joins a political solution and away from the legal reason, which has more darkness to the understanding of the people governed.
has come an era of democracy, and not virtual or theoretical, but the full exercise of the governed, except that the people are not ready in their vast majority, to understand it well, but Democrats have it as a cue without tortilla.
